video promo video must be between 3/5 minutes long, though shorter is best.

no achieve footage footage to hand from the junction.

must be all of our own shoot footage used within the final media video.

want very good quality footage of the junction to be used, live footage with loads of quality sound effects and such.

bands usually get invited to play at the fiver, after looking into their myspace page and picking the best bands/ songs. it is also judges on the amount of fans they have. for example, the more fans they have the more chance they have at playing at the junction.

the running order of the promo and documentary is vital to success of the completed video overall.

can make junction logo, but don't change the font or the logo around too much. keep the same branding throughout the video.

tickets have model release cover, so we are allowed to film crowd shots within the videos.

19th is the confirmed date of the junction fiver night.

we can film backstage if we wish too at the fiver event. you'll be given backstage passes

do not dilute the junction branding, it must be the same if used.

mid-march is the final deadline for the finished videos.

sound check with bands, interviews would look great.

use lots of cutaway footage to make it look interesting and funky.

no cherry picker or any other machinery can be used due to health and safety.

music from the fiver night has to be used in the videos at some point, especially the fiver promo.

no other music can be used unless it applies to the fiver night.

make sure documentary crew film the promo crew filming the promo footage on the night of the fiver event.

gary cannot work with us on the fiver night as he'll be too busy.

collect loads of footage.

simplistic yet stylish video

make sure to include everyones skill within the video. i.e. directing, camera operator skills etc.

interviews with staff at junction and also educational staff at long road must be included within the documentary.

interviews with cram students in level 2 will work well in the documentary.

documentary should last between 5-10minutes. the promo should last between 3-5 minutes.
